For my publication project, I decided to create Ebony & Ivory, a magazine that focuses to not only pianists, but appeals to all musicians who are interested in topics that covers international performances and artists from all over the world. Through the process of creating the magazine, I ended up designing a very classical layout, which is very neat and easy to read because of the negative space, margins and typeface choice. The body paragraphs in the articles are placed in a very harmonious way to have the same feeling of the actual topic that all relates to music. You can feel the melody and the rhythm as you read thorough the magazine.
